Information you provide
Our Contact form may collect your name, email address, subject, message, and a consent confirmation. Please do not submit passwords, recovery codes, payment details, government identification numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive data through this form.
How contact messages are handled
WPForms Lite, the plugin that powers our Contact form, does not currently store submissions in the WordPress database. Instead, messages are sent directly to the Nesswick mailbox (hello@nesswick.com). Messages may be retained for up to 12 months for response, follow-up, corrections, and legitimate business-record purposes, and may be retained longer only where genuinely required for legal, security, or dispute-related reasons. Access to contact messages is limited to those responsible for operating Nesswick. We do not claim that automatic deletion of messages currently exists.
Analytics and usage information
Nesswick uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Site Kit to help us understand how the site is used and to improve our guides. Under our configured consent banner, optional statistics tracking is not dispatched before you give consent. Google Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, interactions, and related technical data. We do not claim that this data is fully anonymous. Google Signals and Ads Personalization are disabled, and Nesswick does not currently use Google Ads, AdSense, or Tag Manager.
Cookies
We use necessary and functional cookies to make the site work, and statistics cookies after you give consent. WooCommerce and its Sourcebuster component may set functional or attribution-related cookies, some of which we observed loading before a cookie choice is made; we are reviewing this. No marketing or advertising cookies are currently active. Full details are provided in our Cookie Policy, which we will link here once both this Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy are approved and published. We will not link to a Draft page from a published page.
Affiliate links and external websites
Nesswick is an editorial affiliate-supported website. Some current or future links may take readers to third-party providers or retailers. Those external websites have their own privacy and cookie practices, which Nesswick does not control. Affiliate links may allow a provider or affiliate network to attribute a qualifying referral. No live affiliate tracking was detected on the site at the time this policy was drafted, but we do not claim that affiliate tracking will never be used.
WooCommerce and storefront functions
WooCommerce supports the structure of our affiliate storefront. Nesswick is not currently processing direct customer payments, and no public customer-account registration is active. Utility and attribution cookies may still be used by WooCommerce in the background. This section will be reviewed and updated if direct checkout, customer accounts, or payment processing are enabled in the future.
How information may be shared
Information may be processed by service providers we need in order to operate the site, such as our hosting provider, email provider, analytics provider, and form-delivery infrastructure, and by security or technical-service providers where applicable. Nesswick does not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling a customer list. We do not make a broader “do not sell/share” legal representation beyond what is described here, and we do not list vendors that are not actually active.
International processing
Nesswick uses service providers that may process data in various countries as part of their normal operations. Privacy protections and transfer mechanisms may differ by provider and region. We do not claim specific contractual safeguards that have not been verified.
Data retention
Contact messages: retained for up to 12 months under our approved policy. Consent records and cookies: retained according to the technically configured duration or browser-cookie duration shown in our Cookie Policy. Analytics data: retention settings are reviewed separately and may be updated as the service configuration develops. Technical and security logs: retained according to the relevant provider’s operational settings where not directly controlled by Nesswick.
Children’s privacy
Nesswick is written for families and adults making online-safety decisions. The site is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The Contact form is not intended for children to submit personal information independently. Parents or guardians should contact Nesswick on their behalf where appropriate.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights that include access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to an appropriate regulator. To exercise any of these rights, please contact hello@nesswick.com. We handle requests subject to applicable law and legitimate exceptions, and we cannot promise that every request will always be granted.
Security
Nesswick uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to help protect the site and information handled through it. No website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this policy when our services change, when affiliate tools are added, when analytics settings change, when new forms or newsletters are introduced, or when legal requirements change.
